Description: Ylang ylang III essential oil is used in aromatherapy as a tranquilizer to relieve nervousness and restlessness as well as symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Floral and jasmine scent.
Directions: Topical (Adults): Mix 1-2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) carrier oil. Apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous system) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or put in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
