Description: Valerian is an herb that stimulates GABA in the brain, which acts as an 'off button' to reduce feelings of stress and calm the nervous system. Valerian also slows the breakdown of GABA to improve sleep quality and duration. Valerian juice is made from fresh, organic valerian root and herb tips, and contains no additives, flavorings or preservatives. Valerian juice promotes relaxation of body and mind, allowing us to achieve restful sleep.
Ingredients: Valerian juice made from the herb and fresh valerian root (valeriana officinalis).
Directions: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: 1/4 scoop (5ml) once or twice daily, or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, take an earlier dose a few hours before bedtime. Do not take more than 10ml per day.
