Ingredients: Blessed thistle (cnicus benedictus, top (grass)) 75mg (20:1, qbe 1500mg), milk thistle seed (silybum marianum) standardized to 80% silymarin 250mg, fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum, seed) 150 mg (20:1, qbe 3000 mg), blessed thistle: cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose, milk thistle:, cellulose, magnesium stearate and gelatin, fenugreek: cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.
Directions: Blessed Thistle: Adults, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily.
Milk Thistle: Adults, 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with a glass of water. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Fenugreek: Adults, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily.
