Licorice, marshmallow, witch hazel and slippery elm are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve inflammation of the digestive tract. Chicory, allspice, alfalfa, garlic and passionflower are traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion.
Ingredients: Psyllium, plantago ovata (seed pod), chicory, cichorium intybus (root), licorice, glycyrrhiza glabra (root), alfalfa, medicago sativa (herb) – Marshmallow, althaea officinalis (root), witch hazel, hamamelis virginiana (leaf ), slippery elm, ulmus rubra (bark), garlic, allium sativum (bulb), passionflower, passiflora incarnata (grass), natural field berry flavor.
Directions: Adults: 1 teaspoon 3 times daily. Mix with at least 100ml of liquid. Shake vigorously and drink immediately. Drink enough fluid. Wait 2 hours before and after taking other medications. Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the 1st dose and sometimes| after 2 to 3 days.
