Directions: Soak 6 to 12 hours: Rinse out enough seeds to cover the bottom of the sprouter. Cover the seeds with water for 6 to 12 hours. Drain, holding the sprouter at an angle. Spread the seeds also on the bottom of the germinator. Cover with lid or plastic bag. Rinse twice a day: rinse with water using a gentle stream from the tap, or soak in a sink, or spray. Drain well. Taste! Ready to eat in 10 to 12 days: refrigerate to keep fresh. Harvest by cutting above the roots as needed.
