Ingredients: Organic Echinacea purpurea root, organic licorice root, organic licorice root dry aqueous extract, organic marshmallow leaf, organic marshmallow root, organic fennel fruit, organic orange peel, organic cinnamon bark, organic lemon peel, organic lemon myrtle (backhousia citriodora) leaf oil, organic gum arabic. Instructions: Pour 240 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and let it steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
