Description: Traditional Medicinals Organic Breast Milk Infusion contains fenugreek and blessed thistle which are known to help increase milk production in nursing mothers. This naturally caffeine-free herbal tea is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a galactagogue to promote milk secretion in nursing mothers. Ingredients: Each 1.75g tea bag contains 560mg organic bitter fennel (foeniculum vulgare), 350mg organic anise (pimpinella anisum), 35mg organic fenugreek seed (trigonella foenum-graecum), 35mg organic blessed thistle leaf (cnicus benedictus), organic coriander seeds (coriandrum sativum), organic mint leaves (mentha spicata), organic lemongrass leaves (cymbopogon citratus), organic lemon verbena leaves (aloysia citriodora), organic organic marshmallow (althaea officinalis). Directions: Drink one cup three to five times a day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond two weeks. For breastfeeding women: pour 250ml of boiling water over a tea bag, cover and leave for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to extract all the benefits. Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to the Apiaceae or carrot family or the Asteraceae or Compound (daisy) family. Do not use if you are pregnant.
