Description: Organic ginger tea helps treat digestive problems. Naturally caffeine-free, this herbal tea is traditionally used in herbalism to relieve digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea and loss of appetite.
Ingredients: Each 2 g sachet contains 1180 mg of organic ginger rhizome (zingiber officinale), organic hedgehog leaves (rubus fruticosus), organic stevia leaves (stevia rebaudiana), organic lemon myrtle leaves (backhousia citriodora).
Directions: Adults: Drink one cup once or twice daily. When used as an anti-nausea: drink one cup 30 minutes before travelling. Pour 240ml of boiling water over a tea bag, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to extract all the benefits.
