Description: Organic herbal tea helps relieve cold and flu symptoms. This naturally caffeine-free infusion is used in herbal medicine to reduce the duration and relieve symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections. Ingredients: Each 1.5g tea bag contains 1065mg organic purple echinacea leaf (echinacea purpurea), 37.5mg organic purple echinacea root extract (6:1) equivalent to 225mg purple echinacea (echinacea purpurea), 30 mg narrow-leaved echinacea (echinacea angustifolia), organic lemongrass leaves (cymbopogon citratus), organic spearmint leaves (mentha spicata). Instructions: For adults and children over 12: Drink five cups a day at the first symptoms, then reduce to one cup a day for five days. Repeat as needed. Can be used for 10 to 21 days. Pour 240 ml of boiling water over a sachet, cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the sachet to extract all the benefits.
