Ingredients: 180 mg of organic chamomile flowers* (matricaria recutita), 180 mg of organic passionflower (passiflora incarnata), 135 mg of organic lavender flowers (lavandula angustifolia), 105 mg of organic catnip (nepeta cataria), 90 mg of organic rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), organic peppermint leaves (mentha x piperita), organic spearmint leaves* (mentha spicata), organic licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), organic stevia leaves (stevia rebaudiana).
Directions: For adults and adolescents 15 years and older. Drink one cup (two tea bags) five times a day. Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond four to six weeks.
