Description: Use for ringing in the ears. Ingredients: Chininum sulph 18x, china 18x, kali mur 10x, mercurius dulcis 10x, ferrum phos. 10x, salicylicum acidum 30x, alcohol 20% vol, water usp. Directions: 2 to 3 sprays under the tongue, 3 times a day, half an hour before meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Acute cases: 2 sprays every hour. Reduce with improvement.
