Directions: Topical (Adults): Mix 2-4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) carrier oil; apply locally, 3 times a day. Inhalation (Nervous system) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or put in a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
