Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve the symptoms of bronchitis and excess mucus in the upper respiratory tract; to help relieve coughs; to help relieve indigestion/flatulent dyspepsia and colic. Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g dried thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf and flowering top. Directions: 1 sachet, 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes.
