Description: Our Just Fruit Strawberry is made with organic strawberries and concentrated white grape juice. 98% of this peachy-pink spread is made from two ingredients, giving it the sun-baked flavor of a ripe summer day. The berries we use are slightly smaller than the grocery store version, so the little seeds you see are a delicate addition to the slightly chunky texture. Finished with concentrated grape juice, this jam is a true fruit delight. You'll find Camarosa strawberries and the heirloom Senga Sengana variety. Both berries have a dark crimson coloring right down to their core. We could just stare at them all day, but we'd rather eat them. Ingredients: Organic white grape juice from concentrate (water, organic white grape juice concentrate), organic strawberries, apple pectin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), citric acid. Use: This jam never gets tired of well-toasted toast, but craves adventure in ice creams, cheesecakes and marinades from time to time.
