Directions: 1 bottle of 20ml contains approximately 670 drops. For 1 Flower: Two drops in half a glass of water or two drops directly in the mouth. Up to 7 Flowers: Mix two drops of each Fleur de Bach® Original with mineral water in a 30 ml bottle. Take four drops from the mixing bottle directly into the mouth. There is no set duration for taking Bach® Original Flowers. For the most persistent emotions, it is advisable to take them for 3 weeks. For occasional emotions, it is up to everyone to take stock of their emotional balance. Without addiction, these are food supplements that should not replace a balanced diet and the advice of a doctor or health professional if necessary.
