Ingredients: Hydrolyzed collagen - 5000 mg (bovine skin), glucosamine sulphate - 1500 mg (crustaceans: crabs, shrimps), chondroitin sulphate - 500 mg (cattle trachea), methylsulfonylmethane - 400 mg (MSM).
Dosage: Shake gently before using and refrigerate after opening. Mix half a tablespoon (7.5 ml = 1 capful) to one tablespoon (15 ml) with half a cup of water or juice (125 ml) and drink on an empty stomach, once or twice a day, one hour before supper or at bedtime, without exceeding the maximum dose of 15 ml per day.
