Description: Helps reduce gas and flatulence after a meal rich in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables, legumes, beans and whole grains), helps prevent symptoms related to lactose intolerance (including gas, bloating, cramps and diarrhea). Ingredients: Protease / protease 4.5 (aspergillus oryzae), protease / protease 3.0 (aspergillus niger), alpha-amylase (aspergillus oryzae), lactase (aspergillus oryzae), protease / protease 6.0 (aspergillus oryzae), alpha-galactosidase (aspergillus niger), stem bromelain / stem bromelain (ananas comosus, pineapple stem / pineapple stem), lipase (triacylglycerol lipase / triacylglycerol lipase, rhizopus oryzae), cellulase (trichoderma longibrachiatum), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin and hypromellose. Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules, up to 3 times daily. Take 1 capsule with the first bite of food/meal. For a large meal, take an additional capsule.
