Instructions for use: 10 to 14 years: 1 tbsp. (5ml) 2 to 4 times a day. 5 to 9 years: 1 tbsp. (5ml) 2 times a day. 2 to 4 years: 1 tbsp. tea (5ml) once a day. 1 to 2 years: As recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
