Description: Used in herbal medicine as a mild laxative for occasional constipation. Ingredient: Each sachet contains 2g dried cassia angustifolia (senna) leaves. Directions: Steep 1 sachet in a cup of cold water for 8 hours. Drink one cup at bedtime. Works for 6 to 12 hours. Do not take within two hours of taking any other medication.
