Description: Its leaves, of a shiny emerald green, are ultra crunchy and stand out with a strongly toothed and wavy edge which gives it a curly appearance. Very quickly, it forms a very dense apple, very resistant to heat, which does not take on bitterness. After the apple is harvested, what is left of the plant is left in the ground and grown as cut lettuce. Young leaves can also be harvested if needed. The harvest of the apple is done about 60 days after sowing.
