Description: Dill is a cold-tolerant annual plant that grows 60-90 cm tall. Its blue-green needle-shaped leaves are aromatic and very similar to those of fennel. It produces a single taproot that comes out of the ground to form a long, hollow stem. This stem branches out at its end to support, during the summer, a large mass of small yellow-green flowers arranged in an umbel. Brown, flattened and oval seeds are formed quickly and in large quantities.
