Description: Fine gray sea salt is the product of the evaporation of water, caused by the sun and the wind, in the clay-bottomed basins of salt marshes. The fine crystals result from the drying and grinding of large grains of salt. Our sea salt is a source of minerals (sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium) and trace elements (iron, manganese, zinc). The salt workers of the Ile de Noirmoutier call sea salt “white gold”. Not iodized.
Use: Enhances all everyday dishes and rectifies the seasoning of dishes.
