Organic white buckwheat 500g / Organic hulled buckwheat 500g
Ingredient: Organic hulled buckwheat.
Instructions: Put 1 cup of buckwheat kernels in 1 ½ cups of hot salted water. Bake 20 to 30 mins.
Use: Can be used raw in your cereal mixtures (biowig cream) and ground, add it to your flours.
