Description: Antiseptic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, general tonic. This essential oil is an immune system tonic: Balsam fir is used to treat bronchitis, sinusitis, flu and colds. It can also be used to relieve arthritis and rheumatism.
Use: In massage (localized), dilute 15 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon of massage oil or vegetable oil of your choice to rub the affected areas (joints, lower back, chest). In the bath, dilute 15 drops of essential oil in 15 ml of bubble bath (about 1 capful) for a comforting bath, invigorating the immune and respiratory systems. In aerial diffusion, the atmospheric diffusion of this oil is wonderful and beneficial at all levels.
