Description: Expectorant, bactericide, fungicide, mucolytic. In treatment for bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis or cystitis, rosemary essential oil becomes a wise choice. It is therefore an excellent tonic for the immune system and even relieves chronic fatigue and overwork.
Use: Dermal (topical) small body surface, dilute 1 ml of rosemary essential oil in 10 ml of vegetable oil or lotion to obtain a final dilution of 10%. Apply this dilution to the affected area 2-3 times a day. In the bath, dilute 15 drops of essential oil in 15 ml of bubble bath (approximately 1 capful) for an aromatic bath with typical fragrances from Provence. Relaxing, calming and soothing, prepares for sleep. In aerial diffusion, 10 to 15 drops in atmospheric diffusion in the case of winter infections such as flu, bronchitis, and nasal congestion. In synergy with lavender essential oil, it is an excellent alternative against nervous fatigue.
