Description: Better Than Rice Organic Konjac Rice is a root vegetable, gluten-free, soy-free, high in fiber and vegan. Konjac is a root vegetable eaten in Japan for centuries. It is high in fiber, with low calorie content. A great alternative to traditional rice. Once opened, the rice can be stored for up to 48 hours in a bowl of water. Do not freeze. The product may have a slight odor which will be completely eliminated during rinsing.
Ingredients: Filtered water, organic konjac flour, organic oat fibre, calcium hydrate (in the water where the noodles are submerged).
Instructions: Rinse the rice in a colander under cold water. Add sauce and seasoning. Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan or in boiling water.
