Ingredients: Aerial parts of thyme (thymus vulgaris), licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), aerial parts of plantain (plantago lanceolata), aerial parts of nettle (urtica dioica), fennel seed (foeniculum vulgare), evening primrose flower (primula veris), thallus of Iceland moss (cetraria islandica), elecampane root (inula helenium), peony root (paeonia officinalis).
Directions: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, steep 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150 to 250 ml of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2 to 3 times daily.
