A local adaptation of this famous Japanese meal, our Gaspé ramen showcases the plant-based richness of the Gulf of St. Lawrence through sea lettuce. With added shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, chives, miso, and textured vegetable protein, the whole meal is in the bag! Enjoy this dehydrated meal while camping, at the cottage, or at home!
Ingredients: Organic ramen noodles (organic wheat flour, salt, mineral salts), organic sundried tomatoes, organic soy protein, spices, red miso powder, shiitake mushrooms, organic sea lettuce, herbs, spices.
Instructions: 1) Set aside the noodles, then pour the contents of the packet into the pot. 2) Add 1 tbsp of oil + 4 cups of water, then bring to a boil. 3) Once the water is boiling, add the noodles and cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately with the broth.
