Ingredients: Horseradish, mustard, wasabi (Japanese horseradish) (10%).
Directions: Add one part water to two parts wasabi and mix until a paste forms. Cover container for 10 minutes to allow flavor to develop. Spread generously on sushi or add to your tamari sauce.
Use: Mitoku Wasabi powder can also be used to season soups or other Japanese-inspired dishes.
