We have added to our famous fair trade and organic hot chocolate, delicious local and organic maple sugar from the cooperative of maple syrup producers Citadelle du Québec to create a hot chocolate that is truly local. The result: a dark and rich hot chocolate with a good maple taste. We hope you will like this tasty blend as much as we do resulting from cooperative partnerships between our maple producers here and peasant sugar and cocoa producers in the South.
