Ingredient: Organic yellow peas.
Directions: 1 cup split peas, 3 cups water. Sort, wash and soak overnight in cold water (fridge). Drain, add 3 cups of water, cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Use: Use them in your favorite soups, stews and recipes.
