Ingredients: Organic white rice flour, organic amaranth flour.
Directions: Bring 3 to 4 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When the water boils well, add the pasta and stir frequently for the first 2 minutes. Cook an additional 8 minutes (for al dente), stirring occasionally, or 10 to 12 minutes total for an even texture. Drain and rinse quickly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and toppings.
