Description: The pasta is made in Italy, in a factory dedicated solely to the production of organic pasta. The water used in their making comes from a source that has no industrial agriculture upstream. They are drawn with bronze, in order to retain the sauce well (with the exception of the macaroni, given its small size) and dried for a very long time at low temperature to preserve all their nutritional principles. Made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina, harvested by a cooperative of regional producers or farms with strict supply agreements.
