Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (calming) and aid sleep (during times of mental stress). Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g of dried Passiflora incarnata l. (passion flower) tops (herb). Directions: 1 sachet (1.5g), 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
