Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid sleep (in cases of restlessness or insomnia related to mental stress).
Ingredients: Passionflower (passiflora incarnata L. (passifloraceae), top (grass)) 300 mg, cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.
Directions: Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: 1-2 capsules once daily. Take with water at bedtime.
