Description: The Osepia product stimulates mineralization through its calcium and mineral intake. Ingredients: 122.5 mg of calcium, from 350 mg of Sepia officinalis bone meal, 24 mg of calcium carbonate, from 80 mg of lithotamnium calcareum (red calcareous algae), 50 mg of alfalfa (4:1 extract equivalent to 200 mg of medicago sativa, aerial parts), 30 mg of alfalfa extract herring, from clupea harengus, 50 mg nettle (4:1 extract equivalent to 200 mg urtica dioica leaves), 2.5 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vegetable capsule and magnesium stearate. Directions: 2 capsules, 2 times daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
