The DME ® process uses a manually operated cold pressing unit to produce crude oil from fresh coconuts in as little as 1.5 hours or less. Such a short processing time eliminates the problem of mold growth or the danger of other impurities. It's one of the things that sets us apart from all the other coconut oils on the market. For this reason, it has obtained several organic certifications.
