Directions: Mix half a tablespoon (7.5ml=1 cap) to one tablespoon (15ml) with half a cup of water or juice (125ml) and drink on an empty stomach, once or twice a day, one hour before supper or at bedtime, without exceeding the maximum dose of 15 ml per day. Can sometimes take a month before the beneficial effects are seen.
