Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid sleep (in cases of restlessness or insomnia related to mental stress) Ingredients: Organic linden (tilia cordata, flower), organic lemon balm (melissa officinalis, leaf), organic hops (Humulus lupulus). Organic flavor: organic orange flavor. Conventional flavor: natural orange flavor, organic passionflower. Instructions: Infuse a tea bag in 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water for 1 to 5 minutes, at bedtime as needed.
