Description: The king of mushrooms! Our carefully selected Organic Chaga has been cured in chunks to preserve its freshness. We retain all parts of the Chaga, including the black exterior which has a very high level of betulin.
Directions: To infuse the Chaga Chunks, put a small handful in 4 cups of water to boiling point then steep for 10 minutes. You can keep the Chaga chunks in the fridge and re-infuse up to 3 times. We encourage this practice since wild Chaga is rare and contains many nutrients that can be extracted in multiple infusions.
