Description: Molkosan® Original is prepared from Swiss organic milk. Fats and proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria. Molkosan® Original, obtained through a natural fermentation process, is rich in lactic acid (L+) and has been recognized as a health food for decades. Ingredients: Protein-free lactofermented whey concentrate (Swiss organic milk), bacterial culture, potassium citrate. Contains 0.7 g of L+ lactic acid per 10 mL serving. Pasteurized. Contains milk. Directions: Adults only. Add up to 2 teaspoons (10ml) of Molkosan® Original to a glass of spring or mineral water for a thirst-quenching drink up to 3 times a day.
