Description: Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (calming). To help promote healthy mood balance and relieve sleep disturbances that accompany mood imbalances. Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g dried aerial part of Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort). Directions: 1 sachet, 2 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
