Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine: Calendula: to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the digestive system; Thyme: to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia and colic; Cinnamon: for digestive disturbances such as mild spasms/cramps of the gastrointestinal tract, gastrointestinal colic, bloating and flatulence and in Ayurveda for intestinal disturbances such as dyspepsia, flatulence, diarrhea and vomiting; Sweet Fennel: to help relieve digestive disturbances including bloating and flatulence and to help relieve menstrual pain. Ingredients: Each sachet contains 200mg calendula officinalis (calendula) flower; 300mg cinnamomum (cinnamon) branch bark; 500mg foeniculum vulgare (sweet fennel) seed and 500mg thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf and flower.
Directions: 1 sachet (1.5g), 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes.
