Helps increase total sleep time in people with sleep restriction or altered sleep schedules and reset the body's sleep-wake cycle. Ingredients: Melatonin 3 mg, cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, ethylcellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica and tablet coating (hypromellose, glycerin).
