Description: A mixture of mushrooms of different tastes and textures. A real favorite! Taste: fruity, nutty. The mushrooms are dehydrated. In addition to being a great way to preserve mushrooms, dehydrating concentrates their taste. We can therefore obtain quite spicy sauces!
Directions: To use them, you must first rehydrate them by covering them with water for 15 or 20 minutes. You can then simply sauté them in the pan for a few minutes, add a touch of cream if desired and you're done. Always save the rehydration liquid to deglaze your mushrooms or for a future recipe!
Use: Accompanies: meat, poultry, game, pasta, rice.
