Description: Check out this ancient eastern sprouting mix from Mumm's Sprouting Seeds. Organically grown, these seeds have been grown using environmentally responsible farming methods, without the use of GMOs or chemical fertilizers. Contains: fenugreek, lentils, kamut and azuki.
Directions: Soak for 6-12 hours: Place 4 or more tablespoons of seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with a nylon screen secured with an elastic band. Add water, shake, then drain. Fill the pot with water and soak for 6-12 hours. Drain and invert the jar in a corner in a sink or bowl. Rinse twice a day: Rinse the seeds by filling the jar with water and swirling gently. Drain and return the pot. Enjoy! Ready to eat in 2 to 3 days: to store, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
