Directions: Hot herbal tea: use one sachet per cup. Pour boiling water and let it brew for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy! Iced herbal tea: use one sachet per cup. Pour 1/3 cup of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the bag. Fill the cup with ice cubes. Brew and enjoy!
