Instructions: Pour 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of vegetable oil and 125 ml (½ cup) of popcorn into a large 6-litre pot. Cook over high heat with a lid, stirring the pan. The corn will start to pop after 60-90 sec. Leave on the heat until the end of the burst. Organic popcorn will keep for approximately 730 days. It is ideal to keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light.
