Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium chloride hexahydrate).
Instructions for use: Dissolve one sachet (25 g) in 1 liter of water. You can dilute magnesium in fruit juice or vegetable juice. Children 1 to 3 years old: 1 tbsp. at tab. of magnesium, 1x/day take 15 ml. Children 4 to 8 years old: 1 tbsp. at table of magnesium1, -2x/day take 15 ml. Children 9 to 13 years old: 2 tbsp. at table of magnesium, 1-3x/day take 30 ml. Teenagers 14 to 18 years old c. at table of magnesium, 1-3x/day take 30 ml. Adults 2 tbsp. at table of magnesium, 1-5x/day take 30 ml.
