Ingredients: From concentrated desalinated inland seawater 47.39 mg (Contains 7 mg of magnesium/15% magnesium) Directions: (Adults) 5 to 20 drops 1 to 3 times daily. As a supplement, add 5 to 20 drops to a glass of water 1 to 3 times daily. (Adults): 20 drops 4 times daily. To help prevent magnesium deficiency, add 20 drops to a glass of water 4 times daily.
